Sometimes they will sell a "demo" with a 1, 2 or 3 year non-passport Leica
USA warranty for about 10% off -- maybe a salesman's sample, recaptured gray
market (as my R7 supposedly was), or, I suspect, overstock.  Sometimes the
"demo" shows signs of use, sometimes they appear to be brand new.
