"Leitz"?  Bob, I had to be the one to inform you, but "Leitz" ceased to
have an involvement in Leica cameras a decade back.  It's now "Leica GMBH".

In any event, Leitz killed the Visoflex in '84 due to the perceived inroads
it made in their then-shaky R sales.  As another poster succinctly noted, a
Leica rangefinder camera with a Viso becomes an SLR but there is no bloody
way short of massive surgery to improve an R camera into an SLR.
