Yes! Buy a compressor as used with airbrush painting, available in shops for professional painters supplies. Fit it with a thin nozzle and set the max pressure at 3 atm. My experience is that it gets of any dust, and the slide stays dust free for enough time to mount it in your glass mounts (preferably Wess), similarly treated. I tried all sorts of tissues, blowers, exotically treated brushes etc, and only now my slides are really dust free!
