Subject: [Leica] WTB: Telyt 400/5.6 adapter for Focorapid

Anyone know where I can find the adapter ring that allows the Telyt 400/5.6 
lens head to be used on a Focorapid? I believe it was made by E.Leitz NY. 
Alternatively, does anyone have one that they could measure so that I might 
look into getting the ring fabricated?
