Although I don't have any practical experience with the IMARECT (or VIOOH), I'd prefer the VIDOM anyway if I had to choose. It's more compact and not as heavy as the IMARECT, so in my opinion it matches better with the small LTM bodies. I got used to the reversed image very quickly. I don't think this is much of a handicap, especially as an LTM is not exactly the camera to use for action photography <g>, so you normally have time enough to concentrate on your motive. Take a look at Stephen Gandy's informative page on viewfinders <http://www.cameraquest.com/leicafin.htm>; he doesn't seem to like the Leitz universal finders at all...
