Thanks. I did check out Sunset. There's a single report. Sunset failed to 
include the USA warranty they promised the buyer, saying the reciept was 
proof enough for warranty service. The mfgr. disagreed. 

My body and lens is supposed to arrive Wed. via FedEx and if I get the same 
treatment, there will be second report soon.. These are exciting times, 
aren't they?

But, chances are, I made poor choice in dealers. 

On a semi-facetious note: we are talking Leica here. Should I even be 
concerned about warranty coverage?
