You obviously haven't used the 80 Summilux or the Nikkor 85mm 1.4. If 
you're going to compare lenses, it's only fair to compare lenses of similar 
speed. Even so, the 75 Summilux is very heavy, but size wise, it only looks 
big because of the size of other Leica M lenses. It's relatively skinny, 
and not that long for its capabilities. It certainly isn't a lens for 
"fun." It's a quite serious lens, and requires more of the photographer 
than most others.
