Nope, it's waaay off. Mine (#3748XXX) weighs 306 g without 
hood, filter or caps on a recently calibrated Mettler balance. 
Somebody @ Leica is sniffing optical adhesive.

Still it's a small lens given its capabilities. Compare to
the Nikkor 35/2 AIS, which isn't really good until f/2.8 or 4.
