Well ... no.  Any of the lens-heads for the longer lenses (90mm and up) or
the 3.5/65 Elmar will blow the image size of the 1.4/75 into the weeds.  Of
course, this does require use of the Visoflex reflex housing, or its kin
(Novoflex, Kilfitt, Astro, Accura).  

As Peter Dechert keeps chanting, "BRING BACK VISO!"
