In addition to the usual Leica sources try asking the store where you 
purchase the Voigtlander lens as they are bringing out their own adapters 
which are an awful lot cheaper than the Leica ones.

BTW I use my Heliar 15mm with a Leica adapter (Voigtlander was not available 
when i bought mine) and the alignment red dot to red dot is perfect.
