Looking back at the lifetime stack of shots I consider respectable I
find an
inordinate amount came from that old IIIF, technology be damned.

privately.

It's funny, Dan, how much research I do in just the way you've mentioned
above--just looking through my stacks of work (they are numerous and all
over the place <g>) and trying to figure out what has worked best for
me. The evidence is right there for us if we choose to see it. I'm
always surprised in my job by how many people DON'T believe the
evidence. You'd be surprised how many people contact me saying they know
they're using the "best" camera or the "best" lens but there's something
wrong with THEM because they just don't like it!! Really, it happens all
the time. You have to believe your own eyes--they're all you've got.
