This is pretty routine when any company is bought by a larger company. When is the last time that you recall that a small company with a reputation for enormous quality was bought out by a large company and the quality of its products _increased_, or even remained the same? If Leica is bought by a larger company, you can expect the same decline. > The lesson for Leica, again IMHO, is don't sacrifice quality. Agreed.
