Subject: [Leica] Leica Sports Finder Value?

There's what seems like a Leica Sports Finder on Ebay (Item 
173385422).  The seller says it was acquired in the late 40's.  I don't 
have the pricing books.  What should such an item go for in mint condition, 
without the box?  I assume it was for LTM cameras.
