1) Leica adjusting to the demands of the marketplace

2) Leica  getting sales and profit that they would not otherwise have got

3) Leica giving LTM fans a good reason not to buy the new Voigtlander lenses --
because  they can buy Leica instead

4) Leica photogs being able to switch modern Leica optics between   LTM bodies
and   M bodies

5) Leica management willing to be innovative with new products

6) Leica support for their own LTM cameras, which has sadly been missing ever
since they sold off the LTM parts.    Leica doesn't repair LTM cameras anymore,
but plenty of other people do.
