I had not used for about a month and sure enough, the meter was on... As I went to shoot a picture, I noticed the LED display disappeared. Thinking the maybe the battery was dead, I purchased a new battery and put it in the camera. When I turned it on to shoot, the LED did not appear. I read the manual, checked and cleaned the contacts and placed the battery in again...Still no LED Is there anything else I might try before...GULP...sending the body back to New Jersey for a look-see and repair?...The camera is still under warranty, however, I was hoping to take it with me on a vacation in the Sierras early next month? Thanks, Joe Hayes PS...sorry if this shows up twice...I wasn't sure if I mailed to the right address the first time....JEH ***Sex without passion is exercise***
