I use Leica Color 2 projector with 120 mm lens in about that size room.  I 
project on a 84 inch square screen.  I also do lap-desolve with two of these 
projectors.  This does get expensive but as an other note on the Lug page 
notes Kodak projectors will work with a limited budget.  Good luck, let me
