The Ilford Product Data Guide recommends 12 minutes at 1+1 in D76 at 20C
(68F).
Stock D76 is 9 minutes, a 1+3 dilution would be 22  minutes.  These time are
assuming you rate it at EI 100.  If you need other EI recommendations, email
me privately.
