The idea of the pusle of light is neat..... strong light, but as far as my knowledge goes, the xenon tube has rather a lot of spikes of wavelengths lots of differing colors of very narrow bands....) so filtering could have been quite a challenge LED Head is being built with some new green and blue LEDs that are supposed to overcome the weakness of the older generation.... from both a scientific and photogrpahic standpoint, this is an interesting event......
