Since there've been so many complaints about the Leica service (USA), just
thought I'd balance it out with today's experience--I left a message on Carol's
machine (I think she does the professional services) and within half an hour
had a response on my cell phone's anwering service saying they'd got my R8 and
were putting a rush on the repair (I didn't ask for the rush, but hey I'll take
it).
