The Type I and II 4.8/280 Telyt-V lenses were manufactured for the
PLOOT/Viso I fitment, and needed an OUBIO to be used on a Viso II/IIa/III.
However, the Type III lens (1970 on, 2,384,701 or thereabouts onwards) was
built for direct fitment to the Viso II/IIa/III.  I believe the original
poster specified that his lens was Type III.
