Is the reason for all this flap the fact that someone paid more than the fair 
market value of lens?  If so, the purchaser is in good company as I have a 
hunch everyone has paid more for something than it is worth.  The NASDAQ 
stocks are a perfect example.

By the way, has anyone setforth what they consider to be the fair market 
value of the lens in question?
