Any comments ? VS Fuji XTRA 800, Kodak 1000 ?

21ST CENTURY TECHNOLOGY, TODAY
The Konica Color Centuria series incorporates the latest advances
in the art of color negative film manufacture.

For example, new Centuria Crystal gives the film a grain size more
than 30 percent smaller than Konica's popular VX film. "This new
generation grain is highly sensitive, sharp, ultra-fine and highly
stable," Gordon said. "Our technology minimizes the formation of
impurities during crystal growth, dramatically improving stability."

Further, new Centuria Coupler features an advanced molecular
design and double the reactivity of Konica's VX film, for increased
sensitivity and improved stability. "By focusing on the coupler's
performance at the molecular design stage," said Gordon, "we
were able to markedly improve stability, both before and after
exposure.

"Because of this improved stability, formaldehyde stabilizers are
no longer necessary during the photofinishing process, a major
environmental plus for wholesale labs," Gordon added.

Finally, Centuria DIR Coupler features new control technology that
precisely controls diffusion by directing the developing inhibitor to
the optimum path. "The result," said Gordon, "is a sharper image
and more vivid color reproduction across the series."

As a result, 21st century photographers will benefit from natural
color balance under the most demanding lighting situations,
including backlighting, fluorescent light and electronic flash.

In addition, the Color Centuria lineup offers finer grain, smoother
gradation and unsurpassed sharpness. And the new Color Centuria
films stay fresher longer, and images remain stable even after
exposure, a boon for "occasional" photographers.
