Subject: [Leica] M3 pc connector and 1/4-3/8 tripod adaptor....where?

Does anybody know where I can get the pc adaptor for an M3 to
work with current type flash/pc cords?  Also, where to find an
adaptor of some sort to use the M3's 1/4 tripod mounting on a
3/8 tripod head?   I need to find these items ASAP, as I have
a wedding to shoot and the M3 is needed for back-up.  Thanks,
