Guy,

You have two choices: Leica 39mm screw-in metal hood 12549 (chrome) or
12550 (black), originally designed for the current Elmar 50/2.8.

A cheaper alternative is to get a generic 39mm screw-in metal hood. 
Failing that, you can get a 39->43mm step-up ring and use a 43mm generic
metal hood which is more easily obtained than a 39mm hood.
