Then I read about how difficult it was. Yesterday my film got really stuck. No need to watch the rewind button as not even the advance lever moved. Is this a common effect resulting from reading about other peoples' problems? Have you had the same experience? Is it compassion related? BTW the film was a new orthochromatic iso 100 film from MACO with a a little bit of panchromatic sensitive material added. It has got a clear base and can be developed to make slides. Sounds interesting, does it not? As always, no grain and extreme sharpness is promised. As is great gradation... BTW #2 MACO also has an alternative to TechPan and they will have a new version at iso 100 coming out soon. They also have a low contrast developer that makes these films suitable for pictorial use. (Sorry for this much advertising, but when I called the company to ask where I could buy the films, they told me they were so new almost nobody stocked them, but if I passed by they would give me a few to try out. Testing is in progress... - -- christer almqvist eichenstrasse 57, d-20255 hamburg, fon +49-40-407111 fax +49-40-4908440 14 rue de la hauteur, f-50590 regnéville-sur-mer, fon+fax +33-233 45 35 58
