Yes, I can think of several.

1. Removal of the self-timer on the M-6 camera
2. Removal of the cassette opening assembly in the M-6 baseplate so it no 
longer allows the use of the cassettes.
3. Removal of the elegant "Leica" engraving on the top plate of the M-6.
