There are places beyond your imagination. Just try to avoid July and August as it seems all Europe goes there at the same time. Early June or late September is much better (French children are back to school). I would go by car because most castles are in small towns far from main railway stations and I'm not sure that boats can navigate one the Loire all along. - -- Jean-Claude Berger (jcberger@jcberger.com) Systems and RDBMS consultant (MCSE) Lyon, France http://www.jcberger.com > -----Original Message----- > From: owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us > [mailto:owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us]On Behalf Of Bud Cook > Sent: Tuesday 22 June 1999 18:31 > To: leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us > Subject: Re: [Leica] some holiday reflections > > > Erwin mentions the Loire which encourages me to ask widely > traveled LUGgers > about the Loire Valley.
