My daughter's godparents took a trip to the Loire valley some years ago.
Their luggage was delivered to the first chateau where they toured the
property, ate and drank to their hearts' content, and slept over to the next
morning. As arranged they picked up their bicycles in the morning and rode a
few kilometers to the next chateau where they toured the property, ate and
drank, and stayed over night. Their luggage was carried from place to place
by the tour operator and was always waiting for them in their room upon
arrival at the next chateau. This went on for a couple of weeks. The
godparents were so enthused they went back to a different part of France the
next year!
