JEM,

Have had my Mont Blanc for years, no problems. Sounds like its propaganda
put forth by pen manufacturers of lesser quality, like Parker, BIC, et al.

Peter,
Your choice of Mont Blanc sits easily with me, I have heard they are very
expensive, break down quite readily and provide erratic ink flow, often
failing spectacularly by flooding an owners pockets with ink as well.
