Please remember that Ethol's T.E.C. was at one time available in a two part
mixture with Part A including the metol and sodium sulfite powers in one can
and the sodium carbonate in the second can. These were mixed with water to
make 1/2 gallon of A and B. Then the film was dunked in each one for a
certain period of time and the results were very good. More control since
the developer was not part of the entire solution. Mike Tatem reported doing
50 rolls or so in a 1/2 gallon. Really allowed for control of contrast.

Bad news is T.E.C. in two part cans is no longer available. Only the liquid
T.E.C. This developer is very simple and is a variation of the old Willi
Beutler formula.
