I would follow Jobo's recommendations, as I think they are saying the build up of the wetting agent will allow the chemicals to build up and cause process contamination, particularily if you have a Jobo Lift. As for wetting agents, I have a 500ml (2 cup) measuring cup I put the wetting agent in and then split the two halves of the reel and drop the film into the solution. I have noticed that before I started doing this, the reels were harder to load and the film seem to bind. I do not have this problem with my newer reel which were not subjected to the photo-flo.
