I think it is a great idea to learn something about Zen. I am not a Zen-specialist, but it may help you in living in chaos and with angels/devils in yourself. LUG is an epitome of this chaotic world. You will surely find Zen Q&A's very interesting (without doubt more so than the pissing contests). But be careful. I have heard that Zen in the US is sometimes too pragmatic (too many how-to's).
