From what you've written, it sounds like the inspector was the problem,
not Belgium.  (and unfortunately, it sounds like she wouldn't even
care).  Hope your film made it okay though.  I'm glad I'll be taking
the train and the car on my next couple of trips!  Air travel is going
from bad to worse.
