Hello Fred in the Netherlands,

Trying to reach you this way since you do not respond to
repeated direct e-mails.  Over a month ago pursuant to an
initial connection on the LUG I sent you in good faith, upon
your promise to remit simultaneously, a Leitz item.  You
received said item and have not sent payment.  Your payment
or return of the item would be appreciated.
