It's the R5 without the program and shutter priority modes. So it's sure to be a good camera. But the R7 and R8 as so much better! BTW, the R7's mirror is better dampened. And Don Goldberg told me that the R7 is the first R camera to be built to professional standards of ruggedness. Especially the film advance mechanism. (Note: the SL(2)s are not R cameras).
