You are right. Like the Nazi storm troopers - er - Lansing, Michigan police who stole a photographers negatives from a one-hour photo of a riot going on at the university, posting the pictures on a web site and then putting a copyright for the City on them. There are so many grounds of suits, and totally unethical, unconstitutional and professional problems with what they did I could go on for hours. Don't worry. :-) This could lead to a law suit that could swing things back in our favor, I sure hope!
