Last year I bought a pair of M4-P's: one (from 1981) was well-used,
the other (from 1980) almost like new, probably having had very few
rolls of film through it. Both were CLA'd by Sherry Krauter several
months ago and function perfectly.

The worn M4-P is very smooth and quiet, you feel and hear very little
when you trip the shutter.

The less-used M4-P has a perceptibly stiffer shutter release, there is
more tactile feedback to my fingertip. Tensioning the shutter and
especially rewinding the film also require a little more effort.

I actually prefer the feel of the worn camera, but both take equally
nice pictures.
