There is a scanned original manual for the M3 (in English) on 
http://www.komvux.skola.mark.se/m3manual.htm

Just right-click the pictures, and you will be able to save them (and maybe print them) on your own computer.
This will answer the usual questions about film loading, Leicameter MC, etc.
