I have used VPS II and III Type S for a long time.  I am interested in
Portra 160NC as a replacement for it, because of slightly higher contrast,
better skin tones, and slightly sharper results.  As soon as someone does a
head-to-head comparison of these two films, please report back to the LUG.
I would like to know if I should stock up on it before the wedding season
gets into full swing.
