I have some difficulty seeing the 35mm framelines on my classic so I don't know how typical my experiences are. My "normal" usage is the 35 and 50 Summicron on the classic body and 75, 90 and 135 on the HM. If I take the time to look around the finder on the HM, I can see all corners with the 35mm lens I just can't see it all at once. The above breakdown is my preference, but all my lenses are usable on either body. That is the reason I traded my M3 for the M6; to get maximum flexibility.
