Subject: [Leica] M to Zeiss Fundus Adaptor?

Hello LUG. Any body out there know where I can pick up an adaptor to
mount my Leica M to a Zeiss FF-series Fundus Camera (microscope)
cheaply? Zeiss still has 'em new, but I like my kids and don't want to
have to trade them all off for one adaptor.
Several adaptors could work as well if any of you know where I could get
a Nikon F (SLR) lens to Leica Screw mount adaptor, as I already have
screw to M adaptors and a Nikon to Zeiss adaptor (dovetail).
