Jim -

I'm not sure it has ALL of the accessories, but the Leica Accessory
Guide by Hove Collectors Books covers them from ABCOO to ZWTOO-HESUM in
120 pages, with illustrations of many of them.  It may not be absolutely
comprehensive, but it's not very expensive and I consider it a good
starting point (at the moment it's all I have for reference.)

I found mine at my local Leica dealer.
