Subject: [Leica] Help Find Leica 3rd Party Accessories?

Hello LUG. I was wondering if anyone knew where I might obtain, here in
the U.S., a modular lenshood (39mm for 35, 50, 90mm) and a Nikon F (SLR)
lens to Leica Screw Mount adaptor as was mentioned by Tom Abrahamsson in
"The New Cottage Industry: Leica Acessories" in the last issue of
"Viewfinder 31:4"? Any help appreciated. Thanks, David.
