Then their website is not correct.  I have used both the 6008 and 6008i with
the SCA356 adapter and Metz flash and the camera handles TTL Flash metering
through that combination.
Please send me that URL, I would like to see what they are talking about.
There is a master control unit that is about $1200 that will allow for very
controlled metering, etc.  Maybe this is what they are referring to.

I've been looking at their web page, and it says that flash metering is
added by an additional $1,000 unit. I'm not talking TTL flash, I'm talking
metering of any flash source at all. Like a Minolta IV built in. Or was it
the 60003 and the new body that requires the adapter, while the 6008i has
it built in?
