Here in Sweden, I'm told that the going price for an R8 + 50mm (I take it that's the 'lux) is about US $ 5200. I get the impression that in Europe, Leica is a marque of exclusivity, whereas in North America, it's just another brand. I prefer the North American interpretation. M. - -- Martin V.
