Unfortunately it is still off limits for US citizen travels (really rediculous). You must have missed LUGGER LAW #29 which clearly states that all LUGGERS traveling to Cuba must share their Cohibas, Hoya De Monterreys and Trinidads. I will be very understanding and pay the shipping costs for my share. I believe that's a box of each!......................(joking, of course). I would love to see some of your Leica shots. Bob Bedwell << Nathan, Congratulations on buying your new M6HM! Hope you like it as much as I do. I just got back from two weeks in Cuba. Did not take the 'Tom A. softie', in fear of losing that special LUG softie you know about. The M6, with 50/2 and 24/2.8, performed really well. A high percentage of slides were well exposed, also on Agfa Scala, pushed tot 1600 for the shots in the Casas de la Trova. That is where they play Son and other Cuban music. My friends told me that they found the M6 to be really inobtrusive and less threatening than SLR cameras, especially with flash. Poeple also react well this camera, I found out. Cuba is a marvel for photographers with photogenic landscapes and colonial cities and really friendly people. Very wellcoming and inviting you into their homes all the time. We rented a car and drove 2000 km! Will put some pics on the net when they are dry! Sander >>
