It is obviously the oldest M6 known to this group! I bought it brand new less than two years ago (!) from an official Leica agent in Hamburg, Germany. I got about 25% off the list price because it was a 'demonstrator' and 'a couple of years old'. I called the Leica factory asking them when it was manufactured. They said it was 'approx. five years old'. I guess they knew better. However, the camera was spotless and came with a full two year factory guarantee and the original box.
