Hello,

 Curiosity made me look up mine whose serial number is 12404xx.  Mine does
have cut-off switch.  My conclusion is that very earlier SLMOT bodies were
made in black enamel finish with cut-off switch.  These are rarer than the
regular black chrome SLMOT.
