I have been away from the LUG list for nearly two months and what do I
find when I return not only Roger Beamon but Oddmund back on the LUG. I
hearty welcome to both of you. The discussions were becoming a bit
boring without you.

I was projecting my slides of Italy, taken this past September with two
M6s, the other evening and noticed that many in not most tended to be a
bit overexposed. This was not severe but lacking a bit of warmth that
really proper exposure would have provided. I usually metered through
the camera at what I thought was a neutral gray object such as a
sidewalk or evenly lighted buildings. Any users care to comment on
metering technique or tips with the M6 or whether they have noticed the
same effect?
