The Holga is a toy camera that can take pictures (sort of). A
bit of a cult has grown up around it. Here's what one web site
has to say:

"The Holga is an inexpensive plastic camera
some might call a toy. They would be
correct. While being cheap, easily replaceble
and fun to use, it's also a great tool for
self-expression. Tired of your expensive
Nikon or Canon with all the latest bells and
whistles? The Holga's inherent flaws such as
light leaks, lens distortion and plastic optics
give the camera its charm."
